An Update on Which "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Couples Are Still Together and Who's Single
"Love Is Blind" season four was quite the ride. After a rocky season of breakups, breakdowns, and surprising connections, viewers found out the fate of each couple after the season finale, aka the infamous weddings episode, aired on April 14, followed by the (delayed) reunion special two days later. Thanks to "After the Altar" — the second reunion that reunites all the couples and singles one year after their wedding days — premiering on Sept. 1, fans got new updates on the cast and where their relationships stand, though some new developments have happened since (more on that later).
The fourth season of Netflix's hit dating series premiered on March 24, and in the weeks that followed, viewers got to know the batch of hopeful contestants hailing from Seattle and their respective love journeys. Now that the season has officially concluded, many are wondering which pairs have stayed together after saying "I do" at the altar and what else has happened since their love experiment wrapped filming last year.
The first confirmed breakup of season four was Marshall and Jackie, whose post-pod connection fell apart during filming shortly after all the couples returned home to Seattle. While "Love Is Blind" fans gave Jackie flak for how she handled their split on the show, Marshall told Variety before the reunion that he didn't have "any bad feelings about it." Though the two both shared their frustrations during the reunion, they appeared to be in a better place after they both moved on with new partners.
The second split was Micah and Paul, as the latter said "no" at the altar on their wedding day. The former couple, who tried to reconcile after filming, also aired out their grievances during the reunion. They too seem to have moved on since.
The good news is, no "Love Is Blind" season four pairings who got married have parted ways since the finale and reunion special. Ahead, find out the status of each "Love Is Blind" season four couple, plus who's single and dating.
Are Jackie and Marshall From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
The short answer: no, Jackie and Marshall are not together, nor did they make it to their "Love Is Blind" wedding day. In the final episodes of season four, viewers see Jackie reconnect with her ex-pod connection Josh in Seattle, as well as her last blowup with Marshall. Though the two had a handful of arguments during the show, that particular moment ended with their breakup — and Jackie refusing to return her engagement ring (which was provided by "Love Is Blind").
In an interview with Variety, published on April 10, Marshall shared that he and Jackie hadn't spoken since their breakup. He also expressed that while he's come to terms with how their relationship ended, he was not interested in reconciling with Jackie or Josh. "I don't really care to hear an apology if there's ever one that needs to be issued. I did all my apologizing. I did all of my self-accountability. I did all that a year ago. And so now, I'm just there so I don't get fined," he said of the reunion. "I'm going to show up and just be myself like I have always been. I'm not looking for an apology. I'm not looking to reconcile. I'm not looking to be friends after this. Whatever happens, happens."
On April 8, Jackie — who's now dating Josh — clarified details about her breakup with Marshall after fans called her out for seemingly moving on too quickly. "Marshall and I were broken up before I saw Josh at the coffee shop. I am wearing different clothes, my hair is styled different and at the end of the video I say 'I DON'T KNOW IF I AM GOING TO BE WITH JOSH,'" the "Love Is Blind" star wrote in an Instagram post.
She continued: "I am not sure what the reason is for playing the coffee shop date before the break up but to restate Marshall and I were broken up before JoSh and I had our coffee shop date. As for the ring, Marshall did not pay for the ring 'Love Is Blind' paid for all the rings."
Per the reunion, tensions between the two were still high as they didn't come face to face to hash out their differences (Jackie and Josh did a pre-taped interview with host Vanessa Lachey prior to the reunion airing). However, after making a few harsh comments about Marshall, Jackie issued a public apology on Instagram, writing, "I would like to start this off by saying I sincerely apologize and take accountability for my actions and words in my relationship between Marshall and I."
She added: "I would also like to apologize and take accountability for my disparaging remarks as well in those leaked messages. It was tasteless and disrespectful to speak about anyone that way . . . All I can do is learn and grow from this experience. Like Marshall said at the reunion we both deserve happiness, peace, and to be able move on from what transpired last year. Marshall and I have personally apologized to each and also took accountability for our actions and have moved on."
During "After the Altar," Marshall and Jackie finally had a peaceful conversation about their relationship ending and got closure. The former apologized to Jackie for pressuring her into the relationship and fighting so hard for it when he should've just let her go. The latter then apologized for how messy the breakup was. The two hug it out and seem to be on better terms now. It's also revealed that Marshall is dating someone new, a girl named Chay who he's been seeing for a year now.
Are Jackie and Josh From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
After speculation about the pair's romance following season four filming, Jackie and Josh confirmed during the reunion that they had been dating for the past year — and even lived together. The pair then made things Instagram official a few hours after the special aired. "A year of standing side by side with my other half. Our journey to find each other was not easy but it was worth it," Jackie captioned a since-deleted photo of the two. "Thank you for loving me, standing by me and protecting me. I love you forever and through every realm ❤️ @jdemas. Thank you @loveisblindnetflix for this amazing experience 💜."
During "After the Altar," Jackie and Josh revealed that they were still together, although some drama ensued at the end of the special when viewers learn that Josh got engaged in the pods — to Jackie's pod BFF Monica, no less. The latter appears in "After the Altar" to unveil the truth about the engagement, which ended because Josh revealed he still had feelings for Jackie. Monica posted about it on Instagram back in April and Jackie called her "messy" for doing so, saying that she should move on. Josh also said she was "trying to clout chase for no reason." By the end of the last episode, it seemed the trio were unable to resolve their issues as Jackie and Josh both storm off. However, a few weeks after the special premiered, Jackie shared a new update about what happened between the three of them.
During an Instagram Live, posted on TikTok on Sept. 18, Jackie announced that she and Josh broke up after she had another conversation with Monica (off screen). She didn't share specifics about what they discussed but noted that she's "still sick about" her and Josh's split. "I love that man," Jackie said during the livestream. "I was like, 'Damn, I had all these life plans with you and then you just don't even care.'" She went on to say she "tried to fix" and "mend" their relationship, adding, "What's crazy is looking back on these messages I look like a begging ass b*tch . . . and I never beg nobody to be with me."
For Josh's part, he addressed his breakup with Jackie in a statement posted on his Instagram Story. He wrote, "After a lot of thinking, Jackie and I both agreed that it's best that we end the relationship," per Entertainment Tonight. "Having a relationship in front of the world was not easy at times but I want to thank everybody for supporting us! The entire experience has been a blessing and I'm glad I got to meet an incredible person such as Jackie 💜."
Are Kwame and Chelsea From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
Next to Marshall and Jackie, Kwame and Chelsea are another season four couple who had a rocky relationship throughout the show. Initially, Kwame expressed interest in Micah and hoped to end up with her outside of the pods. But after she broke it off with him for Paul, Kwame circled back to his other connection, Chelsea, and the two rode out their journey all the way to the season four finale — but not without a few more obstacles.
During their getaway vacation with the other couples, the two somewhat struggled to get on the same page as it seemed Kwame still had feelings for Micah at the time. Though they pushed past some insecurities, another issue they faced was the fact that they live in two different places: Kwame in Portland, OR, and Chelsea in Seattle. Then there was also the fact that Kwame's mother initially didn't support the way the couple developed a relationship through the "Love Is Blind" experiment; she didn't even make it to their wedding day.
But the answer to everyone's burning question is, yes, Kwame and Chelsea, surprisingly, both said yes at the altar. "I love you and I am ready for the most beautiful adventure of life with you as your wife forever," Chelsea told Kwame.
They're still married, and during the reunion, it was revealed that Chelsea met Kwame's mother. Chelsea told People that their meet-up was "a beautiful first experience" but "there's room to grow." "We've had to give our families and friends grace with wherever they stand with us," she added. "How we met and got married was incredibly unique and nontraditional. But it's ours, and we own it. And I'm excited for the future."
During "After the Altar," the couple still seem to be enjoying married life and now live in Seattle together.
Are Tiffany and Brett From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
Tiffany and Brett's love story may be the most swoon-worthy one "Love Is Blind" fans have witnessed since season one's Lauren and Cameron. Despite the pair's small hiccup in the pods (when Tiffany took an ill-timed nap while Brett poured his heart out to her), the standout couple have shown the most growth out of all the season four couples.
Between their incredibly romantic moments and sweet encounters, it comes as no surprise that these two said yes to each other on their wedding day. "I felt love in your voice, I felt love in the way you talked to me, I felt love in the way that you made me feel. In general, I just felt love," Brett told Tiffany at the altar. "You made me feel like I can be a better man, not only for me, but for you as well and our future family. You made me feel like we have the perfect pairing. I truly found like I found my life partner in you."
Through tears, Tiffany said, "Every stage in this process, you have been consistently yourself, and that's how I knew that I was in love with you. It wasn't a physical thing, it was simply how you spoke to my soul."
As of today, the two are still married, happily in love, and enjoying their first year of marriage, per "After the Altar." The couple also moved to Portland because of Brett's work, which Tiffany said she was happy to do while her husband thanked her for making the sacrifice.
Are Zack and Bliss From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
Zack and Bliss almost didn't make it through season four together — because the former initially proposed to Irina, though they ended up agreeing on a mutual split halfway through the season. Zack then reconnected with Bliss and cleared the air with her back in Seattle. He later proposed marriage to her in episode eight, which she happily accepted.
Though the couple was set on their decision to get married, Bliss's dad has previously expressed his disapproval of their relationship and the circumstances under which they met. However, that didn't seem to stop them because the two did, indeed, tie the knot on their wedding day. During the reunion and "After the Altar," the couple confirmed that they're still married. The only marital issue they've had since, they said, is Zach getting over his pet allergy to accommodate Bliss's furry babies.
Are Paul and Micah From "Love Is Blind" Season 4 Still Together?
Paul and Micah were an unlikely pair at the beginning of season four, but the couple's slow-burn romance was consistently solid after they got engaged. While they recovered from a few relationship snags on the show — like their love triangle with Kwame and Micah's former friend Irina hitting on Paul — the two seemed to be all in on their marriage. Though one of Micah's hometown friends was previously vocal about her dislike for Paul, stating that she didn't think he was "the one."
In the end, their loved ones' doubts, as well as the couple's own, caused Paul to say no to Micah at the altar. "I love you, but I don't think we can choose each other right now. I think that we're not there," he said, causing Micah to run away in tears. In another room, she told him, "Honestly, I feel like that was exactly what you were gonna say. I think that this whole time I've wanted to feel shown and told that you love me and want to be with me. I never felt safe, and I think that this moment shows that it's kinda validated."
During the reunion, Paul revealed that he and Micah tried to date after season four wrapped but ultimately decided to split for good. Though their relationship didn't last, the two are still seemingly on good terms. On April 25, Micah shared a video montage on Instagram recapping her and Paul's time together. "A glimpse into our relationship through our own lense after filming," she started her caption. "Paul, I'll always be so thankful that you came into my life. We shared something so special together & no one will ever be able to replace that. No matter what I'll always love you 🤍."
Paul commented on his ex's post, writing, "My love for you isn't going anywhere. Maybe we're together, maybe we're not, but regardless, we'll still have that no matter what."
During "After the Altar," it's revealed that Paul is dating someone new, although his mom and Micah still text every day.
